Your WR1 process
Enter your details once. Our team can bring them into a working draft, with a clear handover at every step.

Choose the service and district, then add your name and Hong Kong phone number. Add the installation address and owner details if available. The contact person and owner may differ.
Review and submit
Preview your details, consent to storage, then select Confirm submission. A reference number confirms receipt by the system. Keep that reference.
Contact and assignment
An administrator reviews the enquiry and assigns a worker. The quotation, scope, visit and shutdown arrangements are confirmed separately. WhatsApp is available for follow-up.
Site checks and testing
The assigned worker imports your details into a draft, verifies the installation and owner details, and carries out the appropriate inspection, testing and records. Any defects require follow-up.
Prepare drawings and forms
Verified circuit, protection and conductor details are used to generate the single-line diagram and WR1 draft. Customers do not need to determine technical specifications.
Review, sign and hand over
The tool exports a draft PDF. Responsible registered persons must verify the document and complete the necessary signatures, endorsement and handover. A downloaded draft is not an issued certificate.
