WR1.HK / PRACTICAL GUIDE

Privacy and personal data collection notice

How WR1.HK uses enquiry details, who receives them, 90-day enquiry retention and access or correction requests.

Operator and contact

WR1.HK is operated by AL-TOUCH SOLUTIONS LIMITED 一大方案有限公司. Call +852 6388 6632 with your enquiry reference for access, correction, deletion or questions about data use. We verify identity and handle requests under applicable law. Do not include identity documents, passports, passwords or unrelated sensitive information in public messages.

What is collected

Initial enquiries request service needs, a contact name, telephone, Hong Kong project district and preferred contact channels. Email is required if email contact is selected. The full address, owner details, work description and appointment preferences can be provided later. Missing required details may prevent follow-up. Obtain authority before providing another person’s details and provide only what is needed.

Purposes and recipients

Details support enquiry replies, quotation assessment, contact, work arrangements and WR1 draft preparation, not advertising. Necessary details may be handled by authorised staff, hosting processors and reviewed REC / REW partners responsible for an accepted assignment. Before acceptance, offers contain only the necessary district and work summary; customer details are released according to assignment permissions after acceptance.

Confirmation and WhatsApp

Previewing does not save the form details you enter. Website submission and WhatsApp are separate actions. A confirmation dialog shows the details, purposes and recipients and requires an unchecked consent box to be selected. Opening WhatsApp passes details to that platform under its own policies; you must still press Send in the conversation. WhatsApp messages do not automatically create a website inbox record.

Retention and deletion

Unconverted website enquiries without project records are deleted 90 days after the last follow-up. Merely viewing a record does not extend retention. Accepted work, created project documents, statutory records and dispute-related information follow their purposes and applicable retention duties, with periodic review. Partner applications follow review and cooperation needs. Deletion requests are considered alongside statutory duties. Website retention cannot delete conversations held by WhatsApp.

Browsing and security

Servers and hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser and request logs to operate and protect the site. Browser local storage remembers language; staff login uses necessary session cookies. This version adds no advertising tracking or analytics services. HTTPS protects transmission and role and assignment controls restrict account access. Processing locations and provider arrangements need verification against actual services; not all third-party processing should be assumed to remain in Hong Kong.

Current Mainland submission limit

Providing services from abroad to people in Mainland China may involve additional duties under the Personal Information Protection Law. The operator’s Mainland representative and related arrangements remain to be verified, so online personal-data submissions from people currently in Mainland China are not open. Support for the +86 telephone format does not identify a submitter’s location; the confirmation dialog asks separately. Opening will require the relevant arrangements and an updated notice.

Work and certificates

An enquiry, payment, sample download or generated PDF draft does not establish completed inspection, testing or a valid WR1. Responsible registered contractors and appropriately graded electrical workers handle work and certification according to the actual project. The tool does not collect or apply stored signatures.
